Day 11

Lots of different things happened today but I think I want to post about our family who will be leaving their home in California to begin a new life that God has been preparing for them in India.  My sister's family will be leaving tomorrow morning and it saddens me that we won't be there to say goodbye.  We were able to talk with my nieces over the phone and tell them that we missed them dearly, we loved them and we'll be praying for them.

The Lord has planned for my family to be spread apart throughout the globe. I never would have thought this was how our adult lives would be. We all lived in the same city, attended the same church, went shopping together, had lunch every Sunday together.  These are just a few of our family activities that I cherished.

I know that God has a plan for all our lives.  That His will is greater than our own.  I'm forever grateful that God in His wonderful plan saved my sister, my brother and I.  That we were able to fellowship and pray for one another.  Although we're oceans apart we're still close in each other's heart (oohhh...that rhymes).

Daily Snaps (it's an old one but it's perfect for today)

  1. I know. Amazing isn't it, how the future turns out? Sometimes a complete surprise, though not to God! It is truly a praise that He saved all the Belamide siblings. We just got back from their house and it's still settling in that though they will be back in just two months, they are merely returning as visitors. India is their new home!
